Regardless of whether you prefer to relax in the sun on the beach, have a refreshing swim in the cool water, look at the surroundings from the boat or rush over the waves full of adrenaline - maritime feelings quickly come to mind, in and on the water surfaces of Upper Lusatia! You can wonderfully combine urban flair and fun in the water in Bautzen and Görlitz. From the Olbersdorfer See you can see the peaks of the Zittauer Gebirge park. The largest man-made water landscape in Europe is emerging in the Lusatian Lakeland.
Rapid descents - panoramic summit views
Upper Lusatia offers mountain bikers numerous rapid descents. On the XTERRA-Trail you can put your driving skills, sporting skills and your thirst for adventure to the test. The MTB course takes you from the blue, glistening Olbersdorfer See up to the second largest peak in Upper Lusatia, the 749 meter high forest. In the Black Mountain BikePark on the 413 meter high Schwarzenberg in Elstra you can take the ski lift up and speed down into the valley on your own mountain bike.
