Gratinated carp
Ingredients:
- 1 carp
- bacon slices
- cheese slices
- tomatoes
- onions
- Spices to taste
Preparation:
- Place the carp on a cup on a baking tray
- first cover with bacon slices, then with cheese
- Add the tomatoes and onions to the tray
- Place the tray in the cold oven and bake at approx. 180°C for 50-60 minutes
- to test whether the carp is done, simply pierce the back
